**Job Role & Responsibilities:**
The selected candidate will be based in our main office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Key tasks include:
- Crafting drawings tailored to project owner specifications.
- Coordinating and liaising with the main team and other disciplines.
- Handling authorities submission tasks.
- Undertaking administrative tasks vital for coordination and teamwork.
- Traveling between the branch office, head office, and project sites as necessary.
- Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring alignment with approved designs and specifications.
- Addressing and resolving any design or construction challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Drafting progress reports and presenting them to project managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Offering technical support to the project team and resolving any arising technical queries or issues.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Participating in project meetings, updating on design and construction progress.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all design and construction activities.
- Staying updated with the latest design and construction methodologies and materials, integrating them into project designs when suitable.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in design consultancy is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Familiarity with BIM is preferable.

Responsibility
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising construction work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have:
*3-5 years of experience in building construction.
*Proficiency in monitoring construction and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
*Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors in the absence of the superintendent officer, client representative, and engineer.
*Ability to effectively convey instructions from architects/engineers to contractors.
*Competence in maintaining on-site construction documents and drawings for review by the superintendent officer, client representative, and engineer.
*Capability to assist consultants in liaising with local authorities on various relevant tasks.
**Applications from Junior Architects/Engineers (with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Building Engineering/Construction) are also welcome.

Job description:
This candidate will develop designs, create working drawings and inspect project construction in Penang/Northern region of Peninsula Malaysia, in tandem with the main team in KL office.
Below is a breakdown of specific tasks needed:
